Sin intervención. Maceración pelicular por 16 días. Fermentación con levaduras autóctonas. Sin adición de químicos ni insumos enológicos. No filtrado. Crianza en tanque de acero inoxidable y en huevo de concreto.
NOTAS DE CATA
En vista es de color amarillo pálido. En nariz y boca, se perciben notas a flores amarillas; notas cítricas como maracuyá maduro, así como de ralladura de limón, hierba luisa y toronjil, y notas minerales.
MARIDAJE
Platos a base de ingredientes marinos, orientales y salsas que lleven frutas en su composición.

Without intervention. Pellicular maceration for 16 days. Fermentation with native yeasts. No added chemicals or enological inputs. Not filtered. Aged in stainless steel tank and concrete egg.
TASTING NOTES
In appearance, it is pale yellow. On the nose and palate, notes of yellow flowers are perceived, as well as citrus notes, such as ripe passion fruit, lemon zest, lemon verbena, and lemon balm, and mineral notes.
PAIRING
Seafood, dishes based on Asian ingredients, and sauces that contain fruit.
