ELABORACIÓN
Elaborada con mosto de uva Quebranta. Maceración por 8 horas. En este punto se agrega destilado de vino Quebranta que ha reposado por más de 30 meses en tanques de acero inoxidable. Sin adición de químicos ni insumos enológicos. No filtrado. Crianza en tanque de acero inoxidable por 9 meses.

NOTAS DE CATA
De color rojo como hoja de arce. En nariz, tiene aromas de compota de frutos rojos, especias, pasas negras, guindones y almíbar. En boca, el ingreso es dulce, muy equilibrado con el alcohol, y es franco porque tiene los mismos descriptores que en nariz. Tiene persistencia larga.

MARIDAJE
Con postres de chocolate, lúcuma o de cítricos. Muy versátil. Puede ser también un aperitivo al inicio de una comida. Se recomienda beberla muy fría.

ELABORATION
Made with Quebranta grape must. Maceration for eight hours. At this point, distilled Quebranta wine is added, which has rested for more than 30 months in stainless steel tanks. No added chemicals or enological inputs. Not filtered. Aged in stainless steel tank for nine months.

TASTING NOTES
In color, red like a maple leaf. It has aromas of red fruit compote, spices, black raisins, cherries, and syrup. On the palate, the entry is sweet, very balanced in alcohol, and it is frank as it has the same descriptors as the nose. Long persistence.

PAIRING
With chocolate, lucuma or citrus desserts. Very versatile. It can also be an aperitif at the beginning of a meal. It is recommended to drink very cold.
